What data we collect
- Data you provide in the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, whether you are looking to buy, your buyer profile (to live in / investment) and interest (apartment / house), any message, and your marketing and contact preferences.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, the page you came from, your language, and the marketing source of your visit (e.g. campaign parameters) — collected via cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent (see the cookie policy).
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your request and arranging a visit or a proposal about GreenForest | Steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract / your consent |
| Managing prospects in our CRM and following up on your file | Our legitimate interest in commercial follow-up |
| Sending you occasional news about the project by email | Your consent (optional opt-in; you can withdraw it at any time) |
| Measuring and improving our advertising, and showing relevant ads | Your consent (cookie banner) |
| Security and correct functioning of the website | Our legitimate interest |
Who receives your data
We only share your data with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract:
- Unlatch — our real-estate CRM, to receive and manage your request.
- Zapier — to forward a copy of your request to our sales mailbox (greenforest@artone.be).
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Meta Platforms Ireland and PixelFlow — only if you accept marketing cookies, for advertising measurement and audiences (see the cookie policy).
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union (notably in the United States). In that case the transfer is framed by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and prospect data for up to 3 years after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required by law or to establish or defend a legal claim. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to prove your choice.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to object to or restrict its processing, to have it erased, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@artone.be or greenforest@artone.be. We will respond within one month (extendable to three months for complex requests).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels
autoriteprotectiondonnees.be — contact@apd-gba.be
3. Cookie policy
Cookies and similar technologies (scripts, pixels, local storage) let the site function and let us measure and improve our advertising. You are in control: no non-essential technology runs before you accept it, and if you refuse, or make no choice, nothing marketing-related is loaded.
Essential (no consent required)
- Consent preference — a small entry stored in your browser (local storage) that remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again on every visit.
Marketing and measurement (only with your consent)
These load only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner:
- PixelFlow — helps us recognise website visitors and measure campaign performance. It may share data with Meta for advertising purposes. Provider: PixelFlow (pixelflow.so).
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising measurement, conversion tracking and audiences. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
Because these tools can involve providers outside the EU (e.g. in the United States), accepting them also means accepting the related international data transfer, framed by appropriate safeguards.
Managing your choice
You can accept or refuse marketing cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser settings (which resets your choice and shows the banner again), or contact us at greenforest@artone.be. You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser.
